Digital Business Analyst

Excellent opportunity for a digital Business Analyst to join a leading Bank based inLondon. The role of Digital Business Analyst is to be responsible for the quality of deliverables produced by Business Analyst's within the team. The Digital Business Analyst must have strong Business Analyst skills, excellent communication skills, particularly customer facing and an understanding of customer propositions with the ability to balance customer behaviours with the commercial business needs to create an online solution. You must be able to demonstrate examples of how you understand online customer problems and the ability to talk of knowledge of customers behaviours online.

You must gather and write requirements, and any experience within retail online sites, dealing with customer behaviours and influencing behaviours is highly regarded. Any use of internet technologies particularly IOS or android development would be beneficial. This role sits within the design function within the early stages of project lifecycle, working alongside operations analysts and architects. This is a very interesting and visible permanent role based in London.

The salary range is £30K-£55K based on experience.
