Diagnostic Validation Engineer

Multiple Long-term contract opportunities have arisen for experienced Automotive Diagnostics Engineers to work for a leading Automotive Consultancy. Successful candidates will have proven OEM or Tier 1 Diagnostics experience in the Automotive sector.

Diagnostic Validation Engineer R&R
- Create diagnostic test plan to ensure sign-off is achieved for programme gateways
- Generate and update diagnostic DVM's
- Plan all validation activities for diagnostics
- Work with project control to ensure vehicles to support testing
- Where necessary, plan and book travel to support testing
- Carry out all diagnostic testing
- Analysis of test results
- Initial assessment of test failures
- Raise and track identified diagnostic issues
- Documentation of test results
- Continual process improvement

Required Skills
- ATi/INCA
- DET
- CANalyser
- HIL
- Working knowledge of ISO-14229 and Ford specific diagnostic requirements
- Full UK driving license (2+ years) - or equivalent
