DHIS2 Expert (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Act as technical leader on DHIS2 platform
- Support and advise functional team in the design of data elements and propose solutions for complex integrations issues
- Ensure integration of the solution with other components of the Data Analytical Platform and Security constraints (Identification & Authentication mechanisms)
- Mentor non-expert resources either from support or project team
- Follow and promote quality standard methodologies for software engineering and platform operations 
- Practice sustainable incident response 
- Assist the IS project manager and platform owner for drafting technical requirements and complete the architecture definition
- Ensure necessary Monitoring, Logging and Alerting is set up and integrated with Global monitoring team 
- Write complete documents for L2, including all necessary information on maintenance (installation, architecture, configuration, KB and updates/changes)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience with DHIS2
- Experience with Linux and Docker
- Experience with design and development of Web APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server or other relational databases
- Strong knowledge in SQL and T-SQL 
- Knowledge with Java development is an asset
- Experience using problem and incident manager solutions 
- Experience using Microsoft TFS, particularly the management of PBI (creation, follow-up) is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown and to continuously learn 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment due to the company mission context
- Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-based environment
- Very good written and spoken French and English, ability to work and communicate in this language with company support and other remote contacts (providers and editors), through video conferencing
- Independent and able to propose several solutions according to the functional demands to which any developer must respond
