- DFT checks in RTL using Spyglass
- Hierarchical scan insertion
- Test pattern generation for scan and LBIST
- Investigation of potential test coverage gaps and improvement proposals
- Simulation of test patterns for scan and LBIST
- Post silicon support and diagnosis

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor/Master Electrical Engineering
- Solid work experience
- English skills
