- Minimum 10 years' experience in the ICT sector
- Strong DevOps experience
- Demonstrable experience in implementing Agile and DevOps within a complex professional organization
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring high standards through self-assessment
- Knowledge of DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA)
- Running interviews with employees and management
