Devops Guild Co-Ordinator

OVERVIEW:

The objective of the DevOps Guild Co-ordinator, is to give development squads as much as possible the autonomy to develop, build, deploy, test and release their applications without intervention of other teams.
In doing so, the squads must adopt good practices in terms of knowledge management, development, continuous integration, environment management, testing, continuous deployment and release orchestration.

This is implemented in an agile IT organization, organized in Tribes, Squads, Guilds and Chapters and following SAFe.

The technological landscape is very diverse: Java (WebSphere), Front End development, IOS, Android, Mainframe, Windows, SAP, etc

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

- Knowledge Management: Behaviour Driven Development
- Continuous integration: source code management, code builds, artefact management, unit tests, quality tests, security tests
- Continuous Delivery: deployment automation, release management automation
- Testing: Testing in agile organization, Contract First/Service Testing, Test Management, Test Data Management, Data Virtualization, Unit testing practice, Code Quality Testing, Security testing (static & dynamic), Performance Testing
- Experience working in an agile organization and size and scale.
- Experience with implementation of DevOps in a large organization
- Experience creating and driving a community of experts
- Stakeholder engagement and management
