DESCRIPTION:
The DevOps, Engineer is responsible for enabling and maintaining the continuous integration processes within the enterprise architecture group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitate, design, and implement continuous integration improvements
- Provide and maintain integrations between development/source control/build/deployment tools
- Follow practices and standards established within Company/division

EDUCATION:

- Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent education

SKILLS:

- Minimum 2 years as DevOps engineer
- Knowledge of best practices in the continuous integration area
- Experience with at least 3 of the following tools:
- Source control tools such as GitHub, MS Source Control
- Jenkins, TFS
- Jira
- UrbanCode Deploy, Chef
- NuGet, Nexus
- HP ALM
- dbMaestro
- Working knowledge of Scripting, programming languages (.NET, Java or other)
- Knowledge of integrations patterns
- Excellent organizational, analytical and complex problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with technical professionals, as well as users who are non-technical experts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and produce an adequate volume of work.
- Ability to work and collaborate well in a project team.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, good judgment, consulting and report writing skills.
