My client, a leading global provider of on-board retail and payment technology have an urgent and exciting requirement, ideally suiting an enthusiastic, determined graduate who is looking to start a career.

This is a 3 month contract which will lead onto a permanent role for the right candidate.

Job Description

Responsible for Shipping and receiving, the Device Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities are:

Troubleshoot and triage handheld POS devices and accessories
Shipping and receiving duties
Handle commercial invoice & other customs documents
Inventory control and maintenance of client devices and creating reports
Maintain spare parts inventory
Maintaining various Excel based reports
Creating and maintaining procedures related to this position
Deployment of new devices
Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications and Competencies:

Mechanical and technical aptitude is beneficial
Strong analytical, organizational and follow up skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel, Word and Outlook
Data analysis and solution generation abilities.
Minimum high school or college diploma in a related discipline
Flexible work habits and work schedule.

Ideally we are looking for interviews in Bristol on Thursday or Friday this week with a view to starting next week.
