Development Team Leader - Swedish Speaker

Development Team Leader with Swedish language skills is required for a 9 month contract assignment based in Boras/Sweden.

Our client develops and runs one of the largest websites in the world. Development is performed on two platforms (Java and Mainframe) and you will be required to lead a team of 15+ Experts.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

-Experience as a Team Lead managing within complex IT organisations.
-High level architectural knowledge of large scale web applications (useful)
-Understanding of requirements described as user stories and acceptance criteria and of testing planning, including the different phases of sprint-, integration and acceptance testing.
-Technical project management skills and comfortable with planning technical tasks and functional development.
-Knowledge in Agile (ie Waterfall) and traditional development models.
-Experience using Jira and Grasshopper for development and release planning (useful).
-Communication skills in Swedish and English, including written documentation.
