Development Team Leader - Staffordshire, Midlands

.NET DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER based in Staffordshire for a 2 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT - s highly negotiable.

Our client are a steadily growing, highly successful, technologically innovative and profitable organisation who invest heavily in their IT department. They are looking for a Software Development Team Leader to be responsible for leading ongoing developments for a number of core products including process improvement and governance.

To be considered you will have PREVIOUS TECHNICAL TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MAN-MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ideally working with infrastructure teams to manage and maintain production environments. You will also have SOLID FULL LIFE CYCLE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITH .NET (WINFORMS) AND SQL SERVER. Any incident management, project management or experience of implementing software engineering practices (eg: Continuous Integration) would also be highly beneficial.

Applicants will need to be highly self-motivated, adaptable, delivery focussed and be able to thrive within a highly pressurised environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
