Development Team Lead - Switzerland - Contract

Stamford Consultants AG is looking for a Development Team Lead for the Global Payments Program of a major financial institution in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of 40+ people
- Involvement in vendor management     
- Responsibility for adapting the existing payments systems with the target components and for the decommissioning of Legacy components
- Accountability for the introduction of further releases of the 3rd party payment product
- Responsibility for the management of the delivery of the payment product components and for the technical design and implementation of the integration layer components
- Accountability for providing technical facilities to migrate from the existing systems to the target platform
- Involvement in the coordination for build and system test environments

Ideal Profile:

- Extensive experience in solution and/or software delivery projects
- Excellent understanding of 3rd Party Software Integration and/or Software Engineering
- Experience in leading large development teams with 40+ people
- Knowledge in Vendor Management topics
- Excellent conceptual and leadership skills
- Fluent English and German
