Computer Futures are currently looking for a Development manager to join an up and coming organisation in theCardiffarea.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation going in the right direction in terms of business and the technology being used. After moving in to modern offices recently they are looking to bring in an experienced Development Manager to come in and manage an existing team of developers as well as being involved in the process of adding 3 more mid level developers to the team.

The key skills required are:

- Understanding of the Microsoft Stack
- Experience of Managing a Development Team
- Strong technical knowledge
- Good decision making skills
