Development Manager (BSCS or Amdocs)

Development Manager (BSCS or Amdocs): Networkers Internationals client are urgently seeking a Development Manager (BSCS or Amdocs) to support Uprising project in the US.

Responsibilities
i. Define and implement deployment processes, practices and methodology for Uprising BSS Transformation Program
ii. Build the team that will include all members required to support this activities
iii. Motivate the team in execution of deployment tasks such as first time deployment, upgrade and patch deployment
iv. Create quick response and E2E support of activity practices v. Create coordination and collaboration with other teams to support deployment activities
vi. Develop tools and introduce 3P application in support of deployment needs
vii. Strong leadership within the team and across the organization
viii. Ability to work with the customer and maintain good customer relationship
ix. Ability to understand the E2E needs that involve various applications and different installation and setup procedures
x. Excellent organizational skills
xi. Excellent communication skills

Core Requirements:
i. Knowledge of BSS solutions (BSCS or AMDOCS)
ii. Knowledge of UML, Object Orientation, Service Orientation, programming languages (Java/J2E, C/C++, C#), Relational Databases (mainly Oracle), Client Server/Web systems, Unix/Linux systems.
iii. Good to have knowledge of BSS product portfolio (BSCS, iX Collections, Charging, SAP Care, WSIL, EMA, EMM)
iv. Knowledge of Java plugins and formatting of the APIs
v. Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server
vi. SAP Care & order management is a plus.

Tasks:
i. Perform Analysis and Requirement Handling
ii. Design, implement, document, and maintain various modules within SAP Database along with BSCS modules
iii. Identify areas of improvements to current design and advocates alternative method to enhance current working set
iv. Design, Debug, analyse and resolve complex database engine problems of customers
v. Work with engineering team in different geographic locations to diagnose and resolve design issues and customer reported problems
vi. Articulate technical information clearly. Provide training and assist on knowledge transfer
vii. Prioritize tasks, develops detailed design, and estimate effort required to completion of projects
viii. Follow the software development cycle from inception and requirement to successful release of product
