Development Director - Southwest - £50,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

I am currently on the look out for a Development Director for my key client in the Wiltshire area.

As Director of Development you will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and be part of the executive team giving you the opportunity to drive and shape the business.

You will be in change of the development function (which includes 15 staff that will grow to circa 25 members) within the business and be responsible for the software strategy and strategic product road mapping.

Experience:

Managing & leading teams of 20+ development staff

Agile & Waterfall development methodologies

Technology experience needed:C++, Java, QT, Windows, Linux
