Adhere to structured development life cycle methodology

- Create detailed design documentation based on detailed requirements as defined by Business Analysts
- Present designs in design review sessions
- Develop and modify mediation modules
- Develop process flows and human tasks
- Develop custom data handlers
- Create XSLT and Business Object mapping
- Develop work item management GUI using JSP and JSF
- Present code in code review sessions
- Conduct structured unit and integration testing
- Provide defect analysis and resolution support for system and user acceptance testing
- Provide support for system implementations
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.

SKILLS:

- Thorough knowledge and hands on expertise of WebSphere Business Integration technologies- WESB (WPS and Broker), WAS and WID 7.0 & 7.5. and knowledge of latest version of WESB - 8.x
- Proven experience in modelling and developing mediations, BPELs and human tasks
- Implement Monitor models, Knowledge of Business space and Events
- Solid development experience in XSLT, XML, WSDL, as well as WESB, WID
- Proficient in SOA architecture and standards.
- Knowledge of DB2 databases
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases
- Knowledge of Oracle databases
- Ability to function in a business analyst role to collect business/functional requirements
- Ability to operate in an agile project development environment
- Willing to document/maintain requirements as needed to support project teams
- Willing to bridge multiple system development life cycle roles beyond only technical development based on project need
