This is contract opportunity through to the end of February 2014.Overview
Our Client is seeking an intermediate-level Application Support Developer for their IT Application Support team for a 12-month period of time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Using tact, diplomacy and superior customer service skills to deal with challenging and complex customer interactions.
- Identifying unique or recurring customer problems and providing input to management to prevent recurrence.
- Manage, support, and resolve complex vendor and proprietary technical issues.
- Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities typically working under pressure.
Qualifications
Required Skills - Proven experience with: C#, .Net, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, HTML, Javascript (2 years)
- Proven experience with: SQL server, Oracle, PL/SQL (2 years)
- Crystal Reports, CAAF, SharePoint.
Desired Skills: - Strong communication and organization skills
- Very strong background in troubleshooting techniques
- Very strong customer service skills.
