This is a long term piece of work that requires and excellent command of the English language, both oral and written and FLUENT ARABIC, both oral and written.

JOB DESCRIPTION - SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: (3-5 YEARS\' EXPERIENCE)

- Good verbal and non-verbal proficiency in Arabic Language. Able to translate Arabic language to English effectively. Able to speak English fluently.
- Good Mainframe development and support skills. Experience in Cobol, DB2, JCL is required.
- Possess good exposure in problem management and incident management.
- Should be able to support all Incidents, Defects, application support, environment support and environment readiness check.
- Need to be self-driven and have a problem solving aptitude.
- The candidate is expected to be enthusiastic and a quick-learner as this is a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work with minimum of supervision and deliver work on target.
- Experience in banking or cards domain preferred.
- MF Resource utilization and accounting - Understanding utilization of CPU, DASD, TAPES, IO, software licenses MIPS and MSU Introduction to capacity planning
- Mainframe App Design and Architecture - Technical Architecture with basic knowledge of tools and frameworks used in architecture development
- KAP and Portfolio Analysis - Lifecycle, methodologies, activities, deliverables - Tools used: Case study. Concepts of portfolio analysis - Tools used: Case study
- Cobol - Basic Knowledge of Cobol. Basic Syntax Language, Constructs Error handling
- Knowledge of application development by using Cobol - Advanced Concepts Compiler, Options Subprograms Routines Tables Array & Indexing debug
- Abend-AID Application program development experience
