-Strong background in software engineering and program analysis
-Deep knowledge in software product line analysis, Separation of Concerns, Multi-dimensional Separation of Concerns/ Aspect oriented programming, Java, ABAP, C++, program maintenance and similar skills within the same area
-Experience with new idea pushing and new approach placement
-Advanced knowledge of Data Warehouse technology and OLAP analysis and Database technology
