Developer - Jira

DEVELOPER - JIRA

We are looking for a professional WEB DEVELOPER, full-time, with at least 3 years Jira experience.

EXPERIENCE:

- Administration and customization experience in JIRA
- Experience managing process workflows in JIRA with customized notifications and processes
- Experience with commercial plugins for JIRA
- Professional Plug-in development experience for JIRA
- Professional development experience with Java/Groovy for web applications
- Professional development experience with SQL/SOAP/RESTful Service
- Experience working with mobile platforms is plus
- Experience with Web security/authentication/SSL is plus
- Experience with Amazon Web Service/Cloud computing is plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create, maintain and customize complex JIRA project configurations including workflows, custom fields and notifications
- Design and implement permissions in the relevant systems to ensure that users only have access to the correct data
- Development of custom plugins and other code changes in Jira tools
- Generate scripts for effective integration of JIRA applications with other tools
- Perform testing of new versions of tools for compatibility
- Suggest improvements for screens, workflow procedures and reports

SKILLS:

- Excellent debugging, problem solving and process implementation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues
- Ability to multitask is a must, as efforts will be focused on numerous initiatives and tasks
- Ability to clearly write technical documents
