Developer - HP Asset Manager - Configuration & Asset Management

CONTEXT OF THE ROLE

IT Domain Information System Management is a team within the IT Engineering department. .

Our mission is amongst others:
- To deliver and maintain operational services in the area Service and Configuration Management Tool.
- To ensure integration of this tools with other operational and business entities, service provider
- To advise and support continuous improvement for the benefits of processes.
- To elaborate, define and implement efficient Life Cycle Management policy for the Service and Configuration Management Tool

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Being HP Asset Manager Developer , you may be in charge of:
- The development, maintenance and management for (a part of) our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- The documentation of implemented functionalities and interfaces.
- The implementation of standard requests submitted by our clients.
- The conception and contribution to the delivery of specific requests addressed by our clients.
- The implementation of data universe allowing further reporting on CMDB

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

HP Asset Manager development experience (workflow, definition of features, models )

- Oracle PL/SQL
- Connect-IT
- Knowledge of HP Open View Service Center (6.x) and HP Service Manager (9.x)
- Business Objects
- HP Asset Manager (5.x and 9.5)
- Connect-IT
- Oracle PL/SQL

PREFERABLE

Knowledge of HP Open View Service Center (6.x and 9.x) and HP Service Manager (9.x)

This role requires someone who can speak and write fluently in English.
