Developer - Azure - ASP.NET - MS SQL Database - .NET - C#

DEVELOPER - AZURE - ASP.NET - MS SQL DATABASE - .NET - C#

A Developer is needed to join a project for one of our customers.

PRIORITY NEEDS:

- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in AZURE DEVELOPMENT
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ASP .NET DEVELOPMENT on Windows based applications
- Good Experience in developing applications using Windows Azure
- Hands on working with MS SQL DATABASE and handling database related operation from the .NET coding
- Deep understanding of MS SQL database set up and related database design principals in Windows Azure
- Experience in Sizing and determining the Hardware needs on Azure based on the application traffic
- Experience building services hosted in the Windows Azure Cloud Services infrastructure
- Experience in publishing web services on Windows Azure cloud service infrastructure.
- The candidate must be able to work with Web services, mobile devices and Servers.
- Solid understanding of techniques to achieve high performance at web scale
- Expert level experience with C# .NET AND ASP.NET PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE
- Hands-on Experience on SQL Azure, WCF, .NET Framework 4.0/4.5, MVC, jQuery
- Experience with Web Services, Web API, MVC4.0, Entity Framework, Dependency Injection

GENERAL NEEDS:

- Solid understanding of software design and patterns
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Must demonstrate flexibility for work hours to meet important customer deliverables and project deadlines
- Previous experience with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML web services
- Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies.
- Good system level debugging skills needed
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects to completion on schedule in a dynamic and fast paced environment
