Contract Term

This is an 18 month contract opportunity. Overview

Our Client is looking for a Developer.Role and Responsibilities

There are a number of property types currently being assessed using various means (systems). As a business unit, Assessment is committed to centralizing valuation for all properties under one system. In addition to this, the Assessment Review Board is currently implementing a system that will need to integrate with these systems.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- Team Foundation Server.
- Oracle (or SQL Server).
- Stored procedures, Triggers, Packages.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate to different levels in the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of Agile.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Novalis Land Record Framework
- Experience with C#, .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2005 or later.
- SQL or PL/SQL.
- TOAD or Oracle SQL Developer.
- Experience with Agile Development projects.
- Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours.
