Desktop Transformation Program (DTP) PMO

Job Description:
A Desktop Transformation Program Support Officer needed at an investment bank must be fluent in speaking and writing German and English. The Infrastructure Service Leader (ISL) organization is responsible for delivering the highest level of Wealth Management and Swiss consumer satisfaction for its IT Infrastructure. The ISL take care of this by managing the key stakeholder relationship and providing the appropriate feedback to IT Infrastructure and the business for the successful delivery and financial management of the entire suite of IT Infrastructure products and services in agreement with Wealth Management & Clients' CIO.

The ISL organization manages IT Infrastructure projects such as the Desktop Transformation Program (DTP), which will be rolling out the new Clients' Desktop platform which brings an updated operating system (MS Windows 7), improved office software (MS Office 2010) and a new remote access solution to our Business.

Role Description:
As DTP PMO you will be the interface to the Wealth Management responsible to support DTP Mass-Rollout globally and to ensure effective communication regarding:
- DTP migration Planning
- DTP migration Communication
- DTP migration Data and Date validation
- DTP migration Controlling

Primary Focus
- Support all DTP related migration planning and scheduling activities
- Support DTP Incident Management during Pilot phase
- Report DTP migration plan and progress
- Work experience required
- PMO experience required

Mandatory Skills
- German, English spoken & written is a must (French, Italian also useful)

- Very good knowledge in MS Office products (Excel, Access)
