Desktop Support (VPN SCCM) is urgently required for long-term contract position with Major blue chip client.
Key skills:
* Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
. Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows Vista OS.
. Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
. Excellent knowledge on SCCM client for software deployment
. Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
. Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
. Good documentation and presentation skills.
. Working knowledge of Vmware ( VDI management etc)
. Microsoft Windows Certificate - MCPIT/MCP etc
. Hardware knowledge
. Knowledge on configuration of mobile devices
. Knowledge on iPAd,iPhone configuration
. Understanding of ITIL framework.
