KEY SKILLS:

- Provide Service Desk Support

- Troubleshooting

- OEM certifications (Dell, Fujitsu, HP etc..)
- Knowledge/experience of EDS (electro static discharge)
- Network device experience )
- Low end Document processors
- MUST be able to speak fluent FRENCH and ENGLISH

THE ROLE:

As a member of the DESKTOP SUPPORT Team your primary duties will be to perform activities associated with INSTALLING, MAINTAINING and SERVICING COMPUTER-RELATED PRODUCTS, including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end document processors at customer sites. You will be expected to take routine service calls and performs basic installations, Provide HARDWARE BREAK-FIX, troubleshooting and hardware component replacement.

YOU MUST HOLD A DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN A CAR.
