The Qualified candidate should be an enthusiastic and motivated professional with 12 - 24 months experience as a Desktop Support Technician. As a Desktop Support Technician you will be providing technical assistance via face-to-face for both PC and Macintosh in a fast paced office environment. Experience should include accurately logging calls in CRM system, managing tickets and escalation procedures. Experience troubleshooting Hardware and Software with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Macintosh & Basic Networking.
