Desktop support specialist is required for global organisation.
Tasks will include:
Software and hardware installations
Evaluate and test technology as required
Diagnose and solve level 2 incidents
Document issues
Escalate level 3 issues
Develop standards and measures for desktop performance
Identify trends and problems
Propose desktop performance improvements and help to implement them
Deployment and fixes of upgrades and software installations
Maintain technical documentation
Technical skills:
Windows 7
AD Management tools
SCCM
Vbscript
Network knowledge: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and VPN Printing Services Office 2010/2013 Imaging and third party utilities Good written and spoken English is a must
