Desktop Support - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SECRET CLEARED DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Charlotte, North Carolina.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide 70/30 (remote/desktop) support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST HAVE A FINAL SECRET OR BETTER CLEARANCE
- Must have a Security + Certification.
- Advanced Active Directory knowledge and experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (specifically WIN7 Operating Systems).
- Advanced knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy).
- Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC).
- Knowledge of USMC customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior military experience is helpful).
- Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors).
- Exceptional customer support skills.
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Able to work with minimal direction.
- Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required.
- Work week is 40 hrs a week within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)/8 hours a day//no OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing.
