Desktop Support L2 wanted for our Basel based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with following support services, HW Desktop/Notebook, Windows environment, Microsoft Office as well as core banking applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills along with passion to drive things forward
- Being comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and capable of understanding client needs
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Issuing, packing and sending out access cards for the client's buildings and workstations
- Planning, executing and tracking all the new requests with the issuing tools
- Collaborating with experts across the organisation
- Thinking strategically as well as being able to explain technology to technical and non-technical audiences
- Providing Desktop Support in a 12x5 model within the Local Support Desk and together with the L2 team
