Windows7 2nd & 3rd Line Support Engineer

Location: Amsterdam

Windows 7/XP, Office 2003, 2007 & 2010, Office365, Outlook, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.

- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft environments and technologies (essential)
- In-depth experience providing 2nd & 3rd Line support within a enterprise environment
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of remote access software and remote software installations (desirable).
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of IT software/hardware support.
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of Networks, Telephony, Printing, Purchasing (essential).
- Understanding of cloud based technologies. (desirable)
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of Service Management tools (desirable).
- Customer facing experience
- Demonstrate experience with Purchasing from 3rd Parties/Vendors (essential)
- Provide general IT desktop support and remote support to field engineers ensure users system access

Fluent English is essential (spoken and written)
