Windows 7 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer

Location: Amsterdam

Windows 7/XP, Office 2003, 2007 & 2010, Office365, Outlook, Active Directory.

- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft environments and technologies (essential)
- In-depth experience providing 1st & 2nd Line support within a enterprise environment
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of remote access software and remote software installations (desirable).
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of IT software/hardware support.
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of Networks, Telephony, Printing (essential).
- Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of Service Management tools (desirable).
- Customer facing experience
- Provide general IT desktop support and remote support to field engineers ensure users system access

English is essential (spoken and written)

The successful candidate will be given training and the experience to further their career in a global organisation.

Candidates should have experience working in Amsterdam previously or currently live in or near the location.
