Desktop Support Engineer, Part time, AD/Exchange user updates, PC builds, stock control, W7, MAC OS
Our client is looking for a part time basic desktop Support Engineer in Barcelona for a 4 month contract. The work pattern required is 3 mornings a week, so would suit someone with limited time available or some work to top up their earnings.
Support staff who support the company's international sites must comply with Corporate IT service documentation, SLA's and implementation processes, and will be required to update documentation as necessary.
The more detailes tasks encompassed by this role include the following:
- Creation of new AD/Exchange accounts and removal of exited employee accounts (following joiners, leavers and movers process)
- Building Desktops/Laptop and maintaining stocks of all corporate image machines. Weekly reporting of stock levels
- Desk moves for existing employee's and Desk setups/removals
- 1st Line Break/Fix for all physical device issues covered by corporate IT policy
- Patching network ports
- Troubleshooting basic Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows issues and Mac OS X issues
