Job Location: Budapest, Hungary

Client is seeking a Level III Support Engineer

This position will report to the Manager Technical Support Team, Client CSS.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the latest industry standard server applications, hardware solutions and EVault and Client product offerings.
Learning, diagnosing, resolving - service, application, hardware & network related issues.
Tackling challenging technical issues, working closely with account managers, product managers and developers to manage customer expectations and developers to further troubleshoot technical escalations.
Managing multiple customer cases simultaneously, providing timely progress updates, ensuring all case-related information and activities are accurately documented.
Mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 engineers by providing peer reviews and showing them how to solve advance technical problems.
Sharing your knowledge by creating knowledge base articles and hosting community forums to share internally and with the EVault and Client community.
Access to and gain experience configuring various server and Workstation Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, IBMi, UNIX, OS X) and software applications (Exchange, MS SQL, Sharepoint, Oracle) in test environments to reproduce customer issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS ARE AS FOLLOWS
Strong experience in a technical support or systems administration role.
Good experience supporting various EVault products, particularly disaster recovery, vaulting and reporting solutions.
Strong experience administering or supporting Microsoft Windows Servers.
Must be able to jump into escalated issues and work calmly with the customer through issues.
Must have strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to quickly assess a problem, document the details and come up with a game plan to troubleshoot.
Must be able to work multiple escalations and prioritize problems for resolution.
Must have experience troubleshooting IIS and installing, configuring and troubleshooting WebCC, Portal and Reports issues.
Working knowledge of Back End application operations and administration (Exchange, SQL, IIS, Sharepoint, Oracle).
Working knowledge of server virtualization, Back End operations and administration of VMWare ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V.
The ability to participate in an on-call rotation required.

PREFERRED
B.S. degree in a technical discipline is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with OS X, IBMi, HPUX, AIX, Sun Solaris, Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
Technical certifications.
