I am currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to come on board for a five months contract with my client based in central Bedford, close to Milton Keynes. As Desktop Services Engineer you will be skilled in the following:

- Business as Usual Desktop Support
- Windows OS - XP / Vista / 7 / 8
- Mac O/S
- Microsoft Office 2000 - 2010
- PC / Laptop Hardware Diagnostics Support
- ITIL Best Practice
- Basic Documentation
- Software Diagnostics: - E.G. (Pointsec Encryption / LanDesk Client / McAfee Desktop AV Client

Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience with:

- Server / Networking / Infrastructure / Virtualisation - VM Ware
