POSSESSION OF A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide hardware and software support for the Company computer systems, peripherals, and printing devices.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot various software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on desktop workstations and laptops.
- Perform minimal system administration services to include blackberry users, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and exchange accounts.
- Receive and resolve trouble calls, interfacing with users, identifying and resolving problems, escalating unresolved trouble tickets (Remedy and Service Manager 7, ticketing system) as appropriate and track calls.
- Monitor Remedy and Service Manager queues for new call tickets.
- Provide local and remote desk support.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Normal hours 7:30-4:30, some on call, OT and occasional weekends.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE.
- Must have Security+ce Certification.
- A+, Network+ and WIN7 certifications are helpful.
- NMCI experience is helpful.
- Two to four (2 - 4) years of Desk Side support experience with Windows XP and 7.
- Blackberry, printers, and remote access experience is helpful.
