Desktop Support Analyst Job

Yoh has an 11 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for a DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in Cupertino, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- DESKTOP SUPPORT Analyst will troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Setting up PC's moving them around, hooking up AV equipment etc.
- Configure and install new computers using standard software image and packages.
- Perform manual software installations as needed. Migrate existing users from old to new hardware.
- DESKTOP SUPPORT will participate in computer moves, hardware/software installs, and various IT requests.
- Hardware deliveries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Three (3) plus years of Desktop Support experience supporting desktop PC's, laptops, printers, scanners, and related systems.
- Mixed environment work is a plus (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Experience providing hardware and software desktop support to end users in a Windows and MAC environment. Strong skills in Windows 7, and Microsoft Office 2010.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Lift up to 35LBS
