Desktop Support Analyst- Face-to-face Support- 6month Contract

A leading financial organisation is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their outgoing and fast paced desktop support team. This is a 6 month contract that is likely to extend further.

This role sits within a fast paced and high volume environment that will see you provide face-to-face support. You will be required to provide training and support on new technologies and have proven multi tasking experience. You will utilise your strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving any technical issues your customers face.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a 2ND level support role.
- Microsoft XP and MAC experience - troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Active Directory, Outlook
- Experience in Blackberries, IPhone's,
- Financial experience would be highly regarded.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills are imperative to this position.
- This position will suit an outgoing individual that can confidently present and communicate to their customers while also managing the large volume of requests.
