Desktop Support Analyst - Boston - Finance

A Desktop Support Analyst with some exposure to supporting server environments is required for a reputable investment management company based in Downtown Boston. The support analyst will be the primary technical resource within the office and therefore needs to have in-depth skills and experience in supporting Desktop technology.

Experience of troubleshooting and supporting Windows 7/XP, Windows Server, Outlook/ Exchange, Blackberries, etc is a must, as well as the ability to liaise and interact with senior finance business users. Previous experience of financial services IT support is a must, as well as being accustomed to working in smaller teams.

This role is best suited for someone who can wear multiple hats and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of infrastructure platforms including developing Server experience.
