We are seeking an experienced DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST to work for one of the worlds top corporations. The ideal candidate must act as an ambassador for IT by achieving the right balance between customer satisfaction and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Stage and prepare new and existing workplace hardware with the latest WinXP/7 coreload.
- Handle standard 'request fulfilment' tasks, such as: Workplace hardware installations, software deploymentsefficiently, independently and as part of a team.
- Must either be able to move into a Lead Tech role in the future or already have some experience as a Lead Tech as this client continues to grow and develop.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE FOLLOWING TOOLS/APPLICATIONS:

Windows XP/7

MS Outlook experience (including web access)

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PPT, Visio, etc)

WinZip

FAMILIAR WITH/NICE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS/APPLICATIONS:

Win8 OS

MS SCCM

anti-virus

Adobe Apps
