DESKTOP SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN
My client is a global leader in digital services, operating in 52 countries. This Association is a forward thinking and technologically advanced organisation with IT driving their success. They are looking for a Systems Data Administrator in their Stockholm office on a 9 month contract from May 2015.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performing basic desktop support functions: deploy workstations, Servers, printers, scanners, Firewalls, encryption systems, and all host security systems.
Manage all operating systems and end-user software Manage input/output fleet, including printers and scanners Manage communications ([e-mail, IM, K]) and connection solutions, including Workstation connectivity, local area networks, company Web site, Intranet, and Internet applications
Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE:
-English speaking - VMWare - RDS or Virtual Desktop - Excellent communication skills - 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support positions previously
