Desktop Support

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SECRET CLEARED - DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Whidbey Island, Washington, near Everett, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Desktop Support Technician (hardware, software, XP and WIN7 OS, peripherals such as printers, scanners, BB's).
- Provide excellent customer service/customer interaction.
- Utilize communication and documentation skills for trouble ticket handling.

Job Qualifications:

- Experience with Active Directory, Remedy, Netmeeting (Remote Desktop), Imaging.
- SECRET clearance (SSBI preferred).
- Basic network troubleshooting (TCP IP).

Preferred Job Skills/Certifications/Knowledge:

- CompTIA Security ( a mandatory requirement after 90 days on the account).
- HP Certified Professional Exam - Servicing HP Desktops, Workstations, and Notebooks.
- Dell Online Service Department (DOSD cert).
- NMCI experience or knowledge preferred.
