Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Kansas City, MO.

POSSESSION OF A DOD SECRET OR BETTER SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize exceptional customer support skills
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Work with minimal direction
- Quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required

Job Qualifications:

- FINAL SECRET OR BETTER CLEARANCE
- Security + Certified
- Advanced Active Directory Knowledge and Experience
- Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically WIN7 Operating Systems)
- Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy)
- Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)
- Knowledge of USMC customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior military experience is helpful)
- Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
- Work week is 40 hrs a week within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)/8 hours a day no OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds.
