Integrated within a technical team, you are able to respond directly and/or indirectly through the various media of the Customer requests on incident resolution (remote or directly from the user) and assistance to users.

Hours: 7 am daily from Monday to Friday

Technical knowledge:

Systems - Windows 7, XP

Office - MS Office 2003, 2010, Lotus result

Messaging - Lotus Notes

Tools - Lan Desk, Active Directory

English reading and writing at least

Hardware - Servers, INTEL, iPad, BlackBerry

Network - Ethernet, TCP/IP, Berry Patch, Switches, Routers

Know-how:

Analyze and understand problems
