An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for an IT Support technician to join an organisation based in Ipswich. You will need to have extensive experience within 1st line environment and be used to dealing with customers directly and over the phone. The role will involve deployment of Windows based devices, Site Surveys, Desktop support and the occasional travel to other sites within the area. To be successful in this role you will need to be familiar Windows packages, Active Directory and Office [contact details removed] . This contract is for an initial 3 month period but is likely to be extended for the right person.
