COMPUCOM IS LOOKING FOR A 2ND SHIFT DESKTOP HARDWARE TECH FOR A COMPUTER UPGRADE IN CORONA, CA.

The project requirements include the installation of 4 GB memory modules in 500 computer workstations. Additionally 600 workstations will have older monitors uninstalled and replaced with dual monitor setups. The project needs to be completed by October 31, 2014. The work will be done during evening hours beginning at 6:00 PM TO 2:00 AM Monday through Friday.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier personnel shall perform the following services under this SOW:

- Power off workstations, open case, and install one 4 GB memory module.
- Remove existing memory modules as required.
- Close case power on machine and ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure machine reads at least 4 GB of memory.
- Uninstall existing monitor.
- Install two new dual monitors.
- Ensure machine is functioning properly in dual monitor mode.
- Transport old monitors to on site disposal facility.
