GreenLight is currently looking for an experienced Desktop/Field Support Engineer with solid knowledge in design, structure, operation and installation of hardware in Microsoft environment specifically on Windows XP and 7 OS, ActiveDirectory, Group Policy, SCCM and Windows Servers.
This will be a project basedwork in New Zealand.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Extensive knowledge of the design, structure, operation and installation of hardware in Microsoft environment specifically on Windows XP and 7 OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and Windows Servers.
- Strong support and troubleshooting experience in SOE - XP, Vista, Windows 7
- Strong Network troubleshooting and hardware support experience.
- Holding MCP, MCSE certificate is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A strong background in field service operations
- Extensive experience in large scale network roll out projects.
