Desktop Engineer L2 (M6)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support services on a wide range of industry products. 

This may include but is not limited to:

- Performing direct maintenance to resolve complex problems;
- Installation of new systems including networking to diagnosis of a wide range of customer problems, both hardware and software;

THE PERSON:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

- Have at least 4-5 years industry experience with at least 6 months within a Desktop Support role;
- Windows XP/Windows  7
- SCCM 2007 Experienced (Remote Tools/Collection Membership)
- Competency in PC's, Printers, network, server, board repairs, problem management, project and installations;
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Technology Specialist (MCTS) in XP or above;
- Experience in working with Windows XP, Lotus Notes/Sametime; 
- Novell Zenwork 7 application deployment and desktop management.
