Desktop Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Madrid/Berkshire

Client based in Berkshire requires a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team on a 3 month contract based in Madrid/Berkshire.

The Desktop Support Analyst will have experience managing and resolving calls that have been logged by the end user or third party, managing the call through to the resolution stage. As well as liaising with 3rd parties and internal departments to ensure that when a site Opens, moves or closes that the correct equipment is available in the agreed timescales. The Desktop Support Analyst must be able to converse in both English and Spanish (business level).

The candidate will be reasonable for printing of reports and the distribution to end user.

Essential skills and experience:
- 2 years Microsoft Windows experience
- 2 years Microsoft Office experience
- 2 years Microsoft Exchange experience
- 2 years Citrix experience
- 2 Years Microsoft AD and standard NT domains administration experience
- Conversational Spanish/English
- Hummingbird (Mainframe access)
- General PC hardware 2 years experience
- Basic Server hardware
- Blackberry Support (handheld and server)
- VOIP telecoms support
- Remote Desktop support using RDP and Shadowing Citrix
- Must be able to drive and travel around the UK and Ireland if required

- You will have to pay for own accommodation if you do not already live in Madrid
- All travel and accommodation expenses are covered when working outside of Madrid
- Minimum of business level Spanish Speaking is essential
