An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Technician to join an organisation in Colchester. The role will be working on a very busy service desk where calls are rarely escalated to 3rd Line. You will need to have extensive experience within a busy 1st Line environment and be used to dealing with customers directly and over the phone. To be successful in this role you will need to have good customer service skills and be familiar with Windows packages, Active Directory, User admin and Setting up VPN. This contract is for an initial 3 month period but is likely to be extended for the right person.
