DESKTOP ARCHITECT required for immediate start in Rome, Italy. 3 week contract initially with long term potential.
As the DESKTOP ARCHITECT you will need to have an excellent understanding of desktop platforms, virtualisation, desktop backup technologies
Experience Sought:
- Citrix Desktop, XenApp, VDI, VMware
- Windows XP, Win 7, Win 8 Standardisation
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
- MS Exchange
- MS Office/Sharepoint etc
- VDI
- Application Virtualisation
- Mobile/MDM
- Security technologies: LDAP, Active Directory, Encryption, End Point Security
Ideal Skills
- Solarwinds Virtualisation Monitor
- Solarwinds Application and Server Monitor
- Solarwinds Synthetic End User Monitor
- Desktop backup, data backup
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012
- Mobile Device Management (Airwatch, IBM Mobile Device Mgt)
- Monitoring of performance and availability
